Quality checks & reviews

Check before sharing

Ask your connected agent to call check_pagelet with the proposed HTML before publishing. The REST equivalent is POST /api/quality with an agent bearer token and a JSON html field. Neither call publishes the document.

Checks cover desktop, mobile and print layouts, missing resources, script and diagram errors, and approximate text contrast. Results are advisory: passed, warnings, or partial. External assets may be blocked by the isolated checker, so inspect those manually. A partial result means checks did not finish.

For an existing pagelet, open Dashboard → Review → Check quality to see the findings and desktop preview.

Collect anchored feedback

1. Open a public pagelet in your dashboard and select Review → Create review link.
2. Copy the link. It lasts seven days and points to the version you are reviewing.
3. Recipients select text, enter a name, and leave feedback. Names are self-reported; anyone with the link can read the review.
4. Refresh feedback in the dashboard, select up to two comments and choose Discuss selected feedback.
5. Review and send the chat draft. The agent proposes changes; ask it to apply the changes when you are ready.
6. Mark addressed feedback resolved. Revoke the review link when the review is finished.

Feedback stays anchored to its original version. Earlier-version comments are labelled so you can check whether they still apply. Changing a pagelet to private revokes its review links; blocked and expired pagelets cannot be reviewed.
